Job Details IQ Resource Group is hiring a Production Coordinator in Clara City, Minnesota! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Pay: $20.00-$25.00 Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary: The Production Coordinator works with plant leadership to maintain and improve daily production operations. This role will oversee scheduling, purchasing, and reporting, while helping ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities: Maintain and update production schedule Enter and track production orders Coordinate and purchase ingredients and materials Schedule cleanups and monitor production data Report efficiencies and identify process improvements Use SYS21 and Excel for tracking and reporting Requirements: 10+ years of food production experience (5+ in management) Experience with food production equipment (extrusion preferred) Strong knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards Strong Excel and computer skills Ability to stand/walk in hot conditions and lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or equivalent Apply today or give us a call today to schedule an interview 763.340.0578!
