Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.

Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.

Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.

Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.

Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills / Qualifications DOT Compliance: Candidates must meet all Department of Transportation requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to first day of employment, candidates must:

Have an active driver’s license.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Obtain a DOT medical certification.

Provide documentation of prior employment.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; military service accepted.

Strong customer service orientation.

Self‑motivation and teamwork ability to meet goals.
