
Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling products such as uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning supplies, and other facility service items in a fast‑paced indoor/outdoor role.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and maintain inventory while working safely and professionally
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations and DOT requirements
Qualifications
Active driver’s license and at least 21 years of age (DOT medical certification required)
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
High School diploma, GED or equivalent military service
Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, organization, and service spirit
Knowledge of or experience with selling and route service preferred
