Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The role is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position that involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
Active driver’s license, minimum age 21, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High school diploma, GED, or military service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team‑based environment.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
