Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor/outdoor work delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills & Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. They must, prior to first day of employment:
Have an active driver’s license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
Additional requirements:
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and teamwork orientation.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
