
Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast-paced and requires delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
Have an active driver's license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
Meet the physical requirements of the position.
Hold a high school diploma, GED or military service.
Demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
Show self-motivation and drive to work in a teamwork environment.
Maintain a positive attitude with ambition, organization and service spirit.
Compensation Estimated total compensation ranges from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, combining base salary with earned commissions.
