
Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced position involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and resolve customer concerns proactively.
Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification (for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.).
Documentation of prior employment.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
