Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Requirements
Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Have an active driver’s license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment.
Provide documentation of prior employment.
Additional Qualifications
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and ability to work in a teamwork environment to meet goals.

Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, based on a combination of base salary and earned commissions. The disclosed range is not adjusted for geographic differentials and does not guarantee hiring near the top of the range.
