Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along established routes and service and sell within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualified candidate must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.; must obtain DOT medical certification before first day.
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and teamwork drive to meet goals.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
