Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Routes are established and partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The position is physical, fast‑paced and involves indoor/outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe conduct.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills / Qualifications
Active driver’s license and at least 21 years of age.
Eligible for DOT medical certification for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
Previous employment documentation.
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent military service.
Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
