Route Service Representative – Cintas Rental Division
Cintas is looking for a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in our Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and maintain inventory while working safely.
Comply with all driving and vehicle regulations.
Qualifications
Active driver’s license and compliance with DOT regulations for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification obtained prior to first day of employment.
Documentation of previous employment.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High school diploma, GED, or military service.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to demonstrate customer focus.
Self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
Compensation & Training
Competitive base salary with commission potential once a route is assigned.

Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends.
