Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Required Qualifications
Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs: active driver’s license, minimum 21 years old, DOT medical certification, documentation of previous employment. Physical ability to meet the position requirements. High School diploma, GED or equivalent; military service accepted. Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, organization and service spirit. Employment Terms
Base salary with commission potential after route assignment. Typically a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. Comprehensive 10‑week training program. Benefits
