
Home Lending Program/Project Manager

Overview
Organizational Effectiveness and Oversight provides Home Lending with innovative tools to better serve customers, guides employees through change, and promotes adherence to core operational and regulatory requirements. The function manages business change, resolves escalated customer complaints, develops automated business solutions, executes program management, leads employee readiness, responds to employee feedback, ensures appropriate fee treatment, processes vendor invoices, and provides oversight and foundational support.
As the Employee Readiness Manager you will be embedded in an agile product team or support other major initiatives to ensure employees are prepared for change, including procedure updates, training, communications, system access, and post‑implementation support.
Job Responsibilities
Understand the business strategy and processes owned by supported leaders.
Serve as the advocate for employee impacts across all changes.
Participate in product team meetings to identify upcoming changes, employee impacts, and improvement opportunities.
Act as the liaison between Organizational Effectiveness and Oversight and project and product teams.
Perform change management activities such as opening change requests on behalf of the business, defining impacted business processes and related artifacts, identifying gaps and revising procedures, partnering with the fulfillment team to finalize procedures and assess impacts, managing the end-to-end change process, obtaining required approvals, and coordinating with Employee Readiness Communications.
Lead employee readiness activities, including training, user access, post‑implementation support, and overall project management of the change lifecycle.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Customer‑centric and employee‑focused.
Self‑directed, able to operate effectively in ambiguity, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Demonstrated strategic leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive decisions and alignment.
Strong knowledge of change management processes and a broad understanding of the Home Lending business.
Experience in a project management role.
Ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise communications.
Ability to shift context quickly, respond to urgent issues, mobilize partners, secure approvals, and engage senior leaders as needed.
Data management, interpretation, and analysis skills.
Intermediate‑to‑advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
Core competencies include collaboration, project management, relationship building, verbal and written communication, time management, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
