Key Responsibilities

Partner with managers to deliver strategic and hands‑on support across talent management, recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, retention, employee relations, performance management, diversity & inclusion, and change management.

Provide guidance and coaching to leadership on HR policies, programs, and employee relations matters.

Strengthen employee engagement and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with leadership to define staffing needs, develop job specifications, and update job descriptions.

Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring decisions, pre‑employment screening, and onboarding.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR systems (ADP), including processing employee changes such as hires, terminations, and updates.

Analyze and report on key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, overtime, employee actions) to inform decision‑making and recommend improvements.

Evaluate and enhance HR policies, procedures, and programs to increase effectiveness.

Support compensation initiatives, including salary benchmarking and annual planning processes.

Oversee benefits administration, including open enrollment communications and employee support.

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and manage the timely completion of required training.

Partner with supervisors to investigate workplace incidents and manage workers’ compensation cases in coordination with third‑party administrators.

Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR‑related inquiries and provide general HR support.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented professional with strong judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.

Demonstrated experience in employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.

Willingness to travel to supported sites (approximately 10–20%).
