Overview
The Housing Compliance Specialist at Queen of Peace Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, provides ongoing housing administration and related tasks to Shelter Plus Care consumers within the Housing program. The specialist conducts intake meetings to educate households on Shelter Plus Care policies and procedures and verifies and documents aspects of project eligibility. This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing housing administration within the Housing program for Shelter Plus Care consumers.
Conduct intake meetings to educate households on policies and procedures.
Verify and document eligibility aspects of the Shelter Plus Care project.
Qualifications
Experience in housing administration or related field preferred.
Strong organization and record-keeping skills.
Ability to explain program policies clearly to participants.
Knowledge of Shelter Plus Care or similar rental assistance programs is a plus.
