
Product Owner - Capital Markets / Deal Execution / Fixed Income REQUIRED

Job Summary
A Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value for a product. Key responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap for the product, defining and prioritizing stories in the product backlog, and articulating this to both stakeholders and the development team. This role works closely with the stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model, to ensure there is alignment. They are developing in the role of a Product Owner, possessing a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business and/or technology domain.

Salary: $60 - 66 per hour
Work Hours: 9am to 5pm
Education: Bachelors

This role works closely with the stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model, to ensure there is alignment. They are developing in the role of a Product Owner, possessing a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business and/or technology domain.
Develop an understanding of stakeholder needs to help create a solution, envisioning the solution to solve a problem (manual or through software)
Analyze the stakeholder process to build efficiencies and also analyze the software to improve or implement that process
Gather and catalog functional, non‑functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
Assist users and development team with application testing and troubleshooting
Identify, document, and troubleshoot application‑related problems
Document process, procedures and workflows associated with applications
Create and maintain training materials for end‑users
Understand very complex systems and utilize development patterns to develop key components in a clustered and multithreaded environment that is highly scalable with continued good performance
Be self‑driven, communicate well, and work well on a team of other developers
Work with business to understand requirements and architecture leads to develop a strategic design and roadmap
Ultimately be responsible for delivery of the project into production
