Manager, Digital Strategy & Content — Location US-IN-Indianapolis | ID 2026-1188 | Category: Communications | Position Type: Full-Time | Location Type: Onsite The Manager, Digital Strategy and Content is Arcwood's day-to-day digital operator on the Communications team, responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing content across internal and external digital channels. This role owns the daily operation of Arcwood's internal communications platform and leads corporate and executive presence across social channels—particularly LinkedIn—combining editorial judgment with platform fluency, analytics, and operational rigor. The Manager ensures Arcwood's digital presence is consistent, credible, and effective by translating executive priorities, enterprise initiatives, and site-level stories into clear, compelling content for employees and external audiences. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Develops and executes content strategies for internal digital channels, aligned to business priorities and communications objectives Creates, edits, and publishes high-quality digital content across internal platforms and social channels, with a strong emphasis on clear, concise writing and internal audience relevance Owns the day-to-day operation of Arcwood's internal communications platform, including publishing, channel management, content coordination, and ongoing optimization Translates complex, technical, or regulated topics into accessible, audience-appropriate content for frontline employees, corporate audiences, and external stakeholders Partners closely with the executive communications leader to translate executive priorities, speeches, and messaging into effective digital content, including internal updates as well as LinkedIn posts and articles when appropriate Manages content calendars and daily execution across channels, balancing planned initiatives with timely updates and emerging needs Supports digital content needs tied to major company moments, including acquisitions, integrations, growth initiatives, and leadership milestones, with a strong focus on internal communications readiness Partners with site-level points of contact to develop localized content and reusable templates that support plant communications while adhering to enterprise brand and editorial guidelines Provides guidance and light enablement to plant communicators on how to adapt, publish, and use approved content and templates effectively within internal platforms Manages Arcwood's Corporate presence on LinkedIn, including organic publishing, executive amplification, and light community management in coordination with Communications leadership Plans, manages, and optimizes LinkedIn paid campaigns to support Corporate announcements, executive visibility, recruiting, and priority initiatives, in partnership with Marketing or external vendors as needed Collaborates with internal communications, executive communications, Marketing, Human Resources, and other teams to support enterprise messaging and integrated campaigns Works with designers, video partners, and external vendors to develop visual and multimedia content as needed Applies editorial standards, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all content Monitors performance across internal platforms, social channels, and paid campaigns using analytics tools, and uses insights to refine content, cadence, and distribution Education

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English or related field (required) Experience

6+ years of experience in digital communications, content creation, or related roles with hands-on responsibility for execution (required) Experience managing corporate social media channels and hands-on experience supporting or managing paid social campaigns, with a strong working knowledge of LinkedIn (required) Experience managing content within multi-channel or omnichannel communication platforms (required) Experience supporting executive thought leadership or CEO-level digital presence (preferred) Experience in industrial, environmental, manufacturing, logistics, or similarly complex or regulated industries and creating content for distributed, frontline or operational workforces (preferred) Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity
