Founding Deployment Strategist
Our client, an AI B2B enterprise startup, is seeking a
Founding Deployment Strategist
to define how AI agents are deployed across its customer base.
This is a true founding operator role. You'll build the deployment function from scratch—owning customer relationships at the C‑suite level, creating the deployment playbook, and feeding insights directly into the product roadmap.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and founding team in San Francisco, with a clear path to building and leading the deployments function as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end deployments post‑sale, from scoping and kickoff through configuration and production rollout
Build and refine the deployment playbook, creating scalable, repeatable frameworks for future customers
Serve as the primary post‑sale point of contact, leading workshops, check‑ins, and executive reviews
Identify patterns across deployments and translate insights into product requirements, partnering closely with engineering
Hire and lead the deployments team over time, with potential to grow into a senior operations or COO‑track role
Qualifications
3–8 years of experience in a customer‑facing, strategic, or technical role (e.g., consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or customer success)
Background in consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), solutions/sales engineering, forward‑deployed roles, or enterprise SaaS post‑sales
Experience managing enterprise deployments end‑to‑end with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite clients
Proven ability to build processes, playbooks, or systems from scratch in ambiguous environments
Strong academic background or equivalent signal of excellence
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
Hands‑on experience with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt design)
High ownership mindset with strong systems thinking
Low ego, highly coachable, and execution‑focused
Energized by early‑stage, high‑growth startup environments

GTM Engineer Our client, a fast‑growing devtools software startup, is seeking a GTM Engineer. This is a high‑impact builder role at the center of scaling go‑to‑market. You’ll own the operating system behind GTM — strengthening systems, automations, reporting, and sales enablement — while running growth experiments that directly drive pipeline. This is not a passive ops role; it’s for someone who likes building infrastructure, shipping projects quickly, and operating in ambiguity.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize core GTM systems across CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and automations
Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data and strong CRM hygiene
Build reporting dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, and outbound effectiveness
Partner closely with Sales to surface account insights, prep materials, and improve rep productivity
Run growth experiments end‑to‑end (events, partnerships, outbound initiatives) from hypothesis to iteration
Document playbooks and create repeatable workflows to scale the team
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in a high‑ownership GTM, Strategy & Ops, BizOps, Growth, or similar role
Experience operating in technical startup, VC, consulting, or founder environments
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable defining metrics and making decisions from imperfect data
Hands‑on experience with modern GTM tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Clay)
Systems thinker who enjoys building scalable workflows
Strong written and verbal communicator
Ability to manage ambiguous projects from definition to execution
Direct RevOps / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops experience
