Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Face Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Requirements
Qualified candidates must meet all DOT requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to employment: Have an active driver’s license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation regarding prior employment All Successful Candidates Will Also Possess
The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service A strong customer‑service orientation Self‑motivation and the drive to work in a team‑focused environment to meet goals A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit Benefits
