About The Role Beach Front Property Management is seeking a
Central Leasing Manager
to oversee leasing strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of multifamily communities. This is a leadership role responsible for driving occupancy results, ensuring consistency in leasing operations, and managing a centralized leasing team. The position works closely with Operations and Marketing to support overall portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and supervise Central Leasing Agents
Establish and manage leasing priorities across assigned properties
Monitor vacancy performance and ensure timely leasing activity
Implement standardized leasing processes and workflows
Serve as escalation point for complex leasing or prospect issues
Partner with Operations and Marketing on pricing, concessions, and leasing strategy
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Performance Expectations
Maintain strong occupancy performance across the portfolio
Ensure units are marketed within 48 hours of notice
Minimize units exceeding 30 days vacant
Oversee timely processing of applications and lease execution
Maintain consistent leasing activity and pipeline across all properties.
Requirements
5+ years in multifamily leasing or property management
Proven leadership experience (this is key)
Strong understanding of Fair Housing & compliance
Experience managing leasing across multiple properties
Yardi, AppFolio, or similar systems
Strong operational + analytical mindset
Bonus Skills
Centralized leasing or portfolio-level experience
Affordable housing exposure
Experience with AI leasing tools (Elise AI or similar)
Monthly Team Performance Bonus You earn a bonus based on your team hitting leasing targets:
All Agents Hit 10 Leases Each: $500 per Agent
1 Agent Misses Goal: $300 per Agent
2+ Agents Miss Goal: No Bonus
