Customer Service Representative (On-Site). The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. High School Diploma 1 year customer service experience preferred Live within 40-Mile radius of our Valdosta site Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills The ability to work various shifts as needed What’s In It For You
The base salary range for this position is $17.00- $19.00/hr. plus incentives.
