Overview The Manager, Amazon Media will take on a primary role in the planning and execution of key strategic initiatives within the Amazon platform. This individual will support the division to develop, implement, and manage all aspects of L’Oréal's retail media strategy.

What You Will Do

Plan, execute, and manage budget for Amazon media programs.

Produce reporting and analysis on behalf of the division.

Collaborate with external agencies to maximize brand image, product sales, and brand performance.

Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including CDMO, global stakeholders, finance, and LUSA leadership.

Skills Required

Familiarity and expertise with the Amazon Advertising ecosystem–programmatic, search, and display, with hands‑on keyboard experience a must.

Ability to implement media best practices and leverage the full Amazon ecosystem.

Working knowledge of all media channels and awareness of market trends and marketplace conditions.

Demonstrated understanding of strategic planning and program implementation in the digital space.

Strong attention to detail and focus on process, especially when managing numerous budgets and reporting.

Experience managing agency partners and internal teams.

Ability to translate brand and campaign objectives into strategic optimizations.

Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and create clarity within an emerging capability.

Experience leveraging third‑party tools (e.g., Pacvue, Vendor/Seller Central) to drive business results.

Passion for building full‑funnel campaigns and using tactical tools to prove success.

Ability to analyze performance and present media investment outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree.

3‑5+ years in a traditional agency or media‑focused role (Amazon ads experience a must, Amazon DSP required).

Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience writing RFPs and briefing agency partners.

Effective verbal and written communication, including presentations.

Ability to present to and persuade individuals or groups.

Prioritization and multi‑tasking with attention to detail.

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, strategic thinker.

Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.

Salary Range: $98,400–$140,200 (subject to factors such as location, experience, education).
