Requirements :
2-3 years valuation experience from a consultancy.
Open to auditors with valuation exposure.
Highly analytical, strategic, intellectually curious and detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for understanding the business implications of financial results.
Responsibilities :
Own standardized valuation templates for active portfolio companies.
Manage SOX controls.
Assist with valuation committee meetings.
Manage third-party valuation firm reviews and audits.
Assist with investor reporting, regulatory reporting, and various portfolio analytics.
