Responsibilities
Travel to residential and commercial job sites to perform maintenance and repair work
Provide accurate estimates and clearly communicate project scope to clients
Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, and door/window adjustments
Complete light plumbing and electrical work safely and up to code
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Communicate updates, timelines, and issues with both customers and office staff
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience working directly with customers
Must have own truck or van
Must have own professional‑grade tools
Strong estimating skills
Skilled in:
Carpentry
Drywall
Painting
Flooring
Doors & windows
Light plumbing
Light electrical
Experience working in commercial settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsili
Ability to pass a background check
Nice to Have
Experience with commercial handyman or facility maintenance work
