We're growing and looking for a Residential Construction Carpenter who can deliver craftsmanship that our customers thought they could only imagine.

As a Residential Construction Carpenter, you'll handle a mix of finish and rough carpentry across residential remodels. You'll install cabinetry and trim, set doors, complete drywall and paint scopes, and jump in on flooring and tile as needed. You'll partner closely with the owner and crew to keep projects on schedule and up to our standards.
Responsibilities
Install custom and semi-custom cabinetry, trim, doors, and hardware with a high-end finish.
Perform rough framing and remodel carpentry as needed to support project scopes.
Execute drywall (hang/finish/repair) and interior painting to a clean, consistent standard.
Complete flooring installs (LVP/laminate/hardwood) and tile work with tight lines and layout.
Tackle light fixture/finish installs; assist with minor electrical/plumbing under supervision.
Read plans/measurements, verify layouts, and proactively solve field issues.
Maintain an organized, safe, and clean jobsite; protect client homes and communicate professionally.
Use JobTread (or learn quickly) to view tasks, notes, and updates.
Qualifications
5 or more years of cabinet installation experience (required).
Solid experience across finish carpentry; comfortable with rough carpentry when needed.
Proficiency with power tools, materials, and construction techniques; able to read drawings.
Strong detail orientation, problem-solving, and teamwork/communication skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to job sites within ~40 minutes of Frankfort, IL.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform the physical duties of the trade (reasonable accommodations available).
Familiarity with flooring (LVP/laminate/hardwood) and tile is a plus.
Experience with JobTread or similar project software is a plus.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of hire.
Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test after offer, consistent with Illinois law.
Pay and Benefits
Full-time, W-2 Employees
Compensation: $22.00 to $35.00 per hour (DOE)
