Director of Compensation
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (1 day/week onsite)
Our client, a life sciences organization, is conducting a search for a Director of Compensation to join their Total Rewards team. This role will be responsible for supporting the compensation program for specific business units and serving as an advisor to leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic compensation related projects, managing and driving major change initiatives
Compensation design, modeling, analysis, benchmarking, planning, and forecasting
Manage year-end and mid-year compensation salary and bonus cycles
Collaborate with business units and HRBPs to provide leadership and guidance on annual compensation reviews, bonus planning, as well as to develop competitive offers including base salary, incentive compensation, equity, etc.
Evaluate compensation programs to determine and recommend any necessary changes to leadership
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in compensation
Life sciences experience strongly preferred
Sales compensation experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of Excel
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills with ability to develop and present to executive audiences
