is looking for an enthusiastic, sociable teller to perform daily member transactions at our Carthage branch. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer‑centered attitude, and the ability to handle cash accurately.

Job Overview A teller is the first point of contact for branch members and acts as a key service provider. Responsibilities include managing transactions, balancing daily cash, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments. Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills are essential, as is maintaining a calm, composed demeanor when addressing member concerns.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or related experience
Basic computer and technology proficiency
Strong communication skills
Experience with cash handling is preferred
Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred
Work Schedule Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM, in line with branch schedules. Saturday work is required approximately twice a month, usually until 1:30 PM. Flexibility is valued as it enhances service to members and the team.
