Position: Bank Teller (Contract to Hire)
Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Bank Teller to support daily branch operations by providing efficient and accurate financial transactions while delivering excellent customer service. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and plays an important part in maintaining a positive banking experience.
Responsibilities
Process routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
Handle cash and balance drawers accurately in accordance with established procedures
Assist customers with account inquiries and basic banking needs
Identify customer needs and refer appropriate products or services when applicable
Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and security procedures
Resolve customer issues or escalated concerns as needed
Support overall branch operations and contribute to a team-oriented environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service or cash handling experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
Basic computer proficiency
Pay for the Bank Teller is $15.50/hour and then will be bumped when hired on.
