
Credit Collections Specialist

Efficiently manage credit and collections processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, accurate credit evaluation, timely follow-up on accounts receivable, and mitigation of financial risk. This role is key to maintaining the financial health of the operation and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the accounts receivable portfolio and follow up on outstanding balances.
Execute collection processes, ensuring compliance with agreed payment terms and deadlines.
Analyze customer credit limits and terms in accordance with internal policies.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Care teams to resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile payments, credit notes, and invoicing.
Monitor key credit and collections KPIs (DSO, aging, overdue accounts).
Prepare periodic reports on portfolio status and financial risk.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of information in ERP and financial systems.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, or similar roles.
Knowledge of credit analysis, collections, and reconciliations.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar).
Advanced English proficiency (required).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
