$80,000 - $90,000 (Permanent, Full-Time) About the Role: A prestigious family-run real estate firm in the heart of Midtown Manhattan is seeking a highly professional, organized, and personable Corporate Leasing Manager to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly to senior leadership, including the CEO and Director of Leasing, this role supports luxury residential leasing operations across a refined, high-profile portfolio. This is a client-facing position ideal for someone with 2+ years of NYC real estate experience in a polished, fast-paced environment. Candidates from top-tier brokerages or boutique luxury rental backgrounds are encouraged to apply. While the company is flexible on the title (open to Leasing Assistants seeking growth), a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skill are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage incoming leasing inquiries via phone and email from brokers, agents, and prospective tenants.

Schedule and oversee property showings (peak season is summer).

Lead property tours and articulate features, pricing, and policies to prospective renters and brokers.

Ensure all available units are market-ready in partnership with property management and construction teams.

Collaborate with the listings team and webmaster to ensure accurate and effective digital marketing across platforms (e.g., Zillow, MLS).

Assist in drafting and processing lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.

Track leasing activity including vacancies, renewals, pricing trends, and market days.

Proactively research new marketing strategies and emerging real estate tech platforms.

Support cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

2-4 years of NYC residential real estate experience (brokerage background is a plus).

Excellent communication and presentation skills—confident, clear, and professional.

Highly organized with strong follow-up, task tracking, and multi-tasking skills.

Experience with digital marketing and social media in a real estate context.

Tech-savvy; able to learn and work with MLS databases and Yardi (training provided).

No cold outreach required; most leads are broker-driven or inbound through listings.

Real estate license not required.
