Key Responsibilities Review leases, REAs, and related documents; analyze use restrictions, exclusives, relocation rights, co-tenancy, CAM provisions, and termination rights
Conduct real estate due diligence and prepare written summaries, schedules, and exhibits
Draft and assist with real estate transaction documents, amendments, agreements, and correspondence
Coordinate title and survey matters, including ordering, review, issue resolution, and title policy issuance
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm or in-house environment
Strong experience with real estate transactions, due diligence, and title/survey matters
