Position Customer Service Representative – Springdale, Arkansas
Job Details
Minimum Starting pay: $18/hour
Full‑time position
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday required
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service.
Take and input customer orders using the proprietary Truck Scale system.
Dispatch trucks for delivery of materials.
Answer phones.
Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities.
Perform other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent customer service skills.
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to multi‑task.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
Must provide valid I9 documentation of worker eligibility.
