About The Role As a CBRE Business Operations Analyst, you will work directly with the multifamily vertical leader(s) to execute on internal and external operating priorities. You will conduct research and evaluate data on commercial real estate properties, loans, and portfolios to develop deliverables. You will manage broker‑team deal capture and data integrity within CRM software, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and actionable. Additionally, you will execute our data insight and reporting strategy, transforming raw data into clear, insightful dashboards and reports that inform decision‑making and drive business development across the multifamily vertical. You will oversee tracking and reporting for our priority client coverage list—spanning existing relationships and new business targets—to ensure visibility into progress, opportunities, and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Data insight and reporting strategy and execution.

Performance tracking of identified client coverage list: existing clients and new targets.

Broker team deal capture and data management via CRM software.

Performance tracking and measurement—governance and accountability of brokerage teams.

Ongoing broker‑team feedback—connect, train, troubleshoot, elevate and enhance platform experience.

Engage with platform partners (Customer Success, Digital & Technology, Events Team, Marketing, Research, Corporate Communications, Finance and other LOB counterparts) to help execute on the above.

Provide ad hoc support across Capital Markets to ensure the business line delivers on excellence.

Direct and facilitate initiatives to support field operations; share expert knowledge to implement and facilitate process improvements; engage resources as needed.

Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Identify and solve multi‑dimensional, complex operational and organizational problems leveraging technology, AI, and other resources.

Significantly improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the discipline.

What You’ll Need

Prior experience in CRM software.

Bachelor’s degree.

3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Research and/or Business Analytics preferred.

Knowledge of Capital Markets industry preferred.

Knowledge and curiosity of artificial intelligence technologies.

Basic understanding of Commercial Real Estate concepts.

Sophisticated math and data skills.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
