Description Help transform the auto industry as a Parts Advisor at Subaru of Olathe. You will provide courteous and professional service by assisting guests, managing inventory, pricing parts, handling cash and credit transactions, and supporting the parts department’s organization.
Responsibilities
Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner, providing the information they need, answering phone calls, and ensuring the customer’s needs are met.
Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
Operate the cash drawer and credit card processing machine.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements – Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
Must be able to lift parts ranging from under 5 lb. to up to ~80 lbs.
