Property Manager

Full-time, on-site Property Manager role responsible for overseeing multi-family residential properties Ensure smooth daily operations and high tenant satisfaction Key Responsibilities

Manage maintenance coordination, tenant communication, rent collection, and lease administration Supervise onsite staff and coordinate vendors/contractors Ensure compliance with housing regulations, including inspections and audits Support budgeting, financial reporting, and property performance improvement strategies Qualifications

Strong knowledge of property management, leasing, and maintenance operations Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Experience in rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting Ability to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Knowledge of housing laws, tenant rights, and compliance requirements Experience with property management software preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; certifications are a plus Strong customer service focus and commitment to tenant satisfaction
