Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our night shift team. The role involves taking orders over the phone, at the store, or during pickup, preparing menu items, and ensuring prompt, friendly service to our customers.
Shift Details This position is nights, starting between 4 pm‑6 pm and ending 8 pm‑10 pm, 3‑4 nights per week.
Responsibilities
Take customer orders over the phone and in‑person.
Prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other menu items efficiently.
Provide order details and offer helpful service.
Deliver completed orders to customers’ vehicles.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Follow company policies for safety, quality, and customer service.
Qualifications
Positive attitude and high energy.
Minimum age 16.
Valid background check.
Eligibility to work in the USA.
Current residence near the store location.
