Join a global leader in aerospace and defense as a Customer Order Administrator! As the main point of contact for sales orders, you’ll work to ensure our customers’ needs are met from order entry through to shipping and invoicing, supporting our legacy of quality, trust, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Create and oversee sales orders, ensuring compliance with established requirements

Facilitate and monitor exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, and purchase requests

Process administrative tasks related to sales and credits of material

Collaborate closely with internal teams: sales, product line, repairs, finance, global trade, and purchasing

Communicate with both internal and external customers to resolve transactions

Manage general sales support inbox, routing inquiries and ensuring timely order processing

Ensure global export compliance, following Global Trade and DOC/DOS license requirements

Support the development and implementation of interdepartmental procedures and processes

Required Skills & Attributes

1+ years of experience supporting customers with processing orders

Dependable—follows through on assignments and adheres to policies and procedures
