Customer Service Representative – Bellevue Square
This role is ideal for a customer‑obsessed individual who enjoys problem solving.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with a variety of transactions, providing a seamless and friendly experience.
Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment.
Inspire trust, teamwork, and positive relationships among teammates.
Diffuse customer situations and provide timely, effective resolution.
Maintain security and privacy of customer information through education and compliance.
Encourage adoption of initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program.
Work flexible hours and schedules as needed by business demands.
Qualifications
Strong ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leadership.
Proficiency with multiple operating systems (MS Windows, iOS, Android).
Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Accountability, initiative, and high ownership.
Flexibility to work a schedule based on department needs.
Physical Requirements:
Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Regular use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handling bulky or awkward items, including lifting them above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 25 lbs.
