Specialist Strategy & Sales Operations Lead Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Specialist Strategy & Sales Operations Lead to drive data‑driven decision‑making and operational excellence for the AWS Specialist and Partner organization, focused on the AWS Industries team (AWSI).

Key Job Responsibilities

Documents and implements standardized sales processes and metrics, including KPI definitions and goal cascades, to support operational effectiveness; may include determining sales territories and quotas.

Develops and manages pipeline qualification attribution to ensure proper distribution and resolves attribution escalations to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Orchestrates AI‑human collaboration in the sales process; manages and optimizes AI sales intelligence tools and automated customer/partner interaction systems.

Maintains sales tools data quality to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

Implements sales workflows and automation to streamline processes and improve seller efficiency.

Conducts sales performance analysis on win/loss data, conversion rates, goal attainment, and forecast accuracy to identify potential risks.

Prepares and drives regular business reviews with insights on pipeline health, performance trends, and operational efficiency.

Acts as primary point of contact to resolve stakeholders’ requests and execute daily operational processes.

Leads sales tools training and adoption initiatives to improve utilization and productivity.

Leads cross‑functional projects to improve sales efficiency and processes.

Drives escalations, gap‑to‑green, and other issues to resolution.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.

Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within a high‑growth, technology company.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience using data and analytics to drive sales strategy and results.

Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and options for supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.

Salary ranges by location: USA, NY, New York – $147,300 – $199,300 annually USA, TX, Austin – $133,900 – $181,200 annually USA, VA, Arlington – $133,900 – $181,200 annually USA, WA, Seattle – $133,900 – $181,200 annually
