The Business Planning and Operations team drives organizational effectiveness by owning "run the business" operational cadences, building scalable mechanisms, and leading initiatives that improve field productivity. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and AI-enabled operations — responsible for transforming how ASP plans, deploys, and optimizes its workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross‑SMGS resource planning initiatives — including tool and mechanism launches — from design through adoption, serving as a strategic partner to ASP Leadership, HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Data Engineering.
Develop and continuously refine headcount planning strategies that optimize resource allocation across a matrixed organization, incorporating AI‑assisted forecasting and scenario modeling to improve planning accuracy and speed.
Partner with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Sales Operations to establish headcount management best practices and scalable processes, leveraging agentic AI tools to automate manual workflows and reduce operational overhead.
Own implementation, change management, and enablement for annual resource planning cycles, including the deployment and adoption of AI‑powered planning tools across stakeholder groups.
Identify and eliminate manual headcount management processes by designing and deploying automated, AI‑augmented solutions that scale with organizational complexity.
Conduct rigorous data analysis to surface patterns, trends, and actionable recommendations from headcount data — using machine learning and generative AI capabilities to accelerate insight generation and improve decision quality.
Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks, delivering clear recommendations to senior leaders that drive workforce investment decisions.
Influence without authority across a broad stakeholder ecosystem, building trust and alignment across functions to drive consistent execution of resource planning strategies.
