FLSA CLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME, EXEMPT POSITION

DEPARTMENT: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

REPORTS TO: REGIONAL MANAGER

WORK TYPE: HYBRID - Requires regular on-site presence.

COMPENSATION:

$60,000 to $90,000 ANNUALLY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform a variety of tasks associated with new client deposit onboarding, loan processing and loan documentation, including C&I loans, real estate loans, SBA 504/7A loans.

Utilize nCino (Salesforce) daily to create new prospects, maintain existing clients and document activities related to those prospects and clients by the sales team.

Work externally with clients and various third-party vendors (appraisers, title officers, escrow officers) in the performance of the position duties.

Maintaining an accessible and organized online filing system for sales and administrative professionals.

Gathers or assists in compiling information as needed for loan documents, new account documentation, compliance related material and any other administrative functions.

Provides direct support to Relationship & Portfolio Managers of the Bank to manage and proactively address the needs of clients in connection with loan and deposit relationships.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent at minimum; college experience strongly desired

At least two to five years of experience in Loan Servicing or as an Administrative Assistant

Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills.

Requires a high energy level and strong sense of urgency.

Excellent motivational skills and ability to operate in a team setting while still being able to work independently.

Proficiency in nCino/Salesforce, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Strong time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
