Security Representative / Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) for Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business.
What You Will Be Doing Join the security team in Orlando, FL, supporting a large program. The candidate will perform program security duties in accordance with DoD 5205 Series, NIPSOM, the NISPOM Overprint, ICD 705, and related regulations.
All aspects of security, including personnel, physical, technical, and policy guidance research, and classification management.
Program briefings, presentations, completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.

Employment Details Full‑time, First Shift, 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Work will be performed onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility. Relocation is possible.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience; or a related Master’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
Active Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last five years.
Ability to obtain a Top‑Secret clearance upon employment.
Special Access Program (SAP) / Industrial Security experience.
Basic computer skills, public speaking, and communication skills.
Knowledge of DISS, SIMS, and personnel security clearances.
Understanding of DoD policies.
Experience building and maintaining tracking spreadsheets/databases.
Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, work independently, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.
Desired Skills
Experience with security clearances, JADE, SIMS, DISS, SAP, and SCIF security compliance.
Strong independent worker and team player.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Security Clearance Requirements U.S. citizen with a government security clearance. Must have or obtain Top Secret Clearance with Investigation or CV date within five years.
