As the Strategic Marketing Lead, you will drive the global marketing strategy execution uniting market insights, digital innovation, and cutting‑edge customer engagement approaches to deliver measurable business impact. You will lead a diverse global team, set the vision for campaigns, and champion marketing excellence across all touchpoints — leveraging data, AI, and technology to maximize ROI across digital channels, events, and exhibitions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Campaign Leadership – Design and oversee high‑impact strategic campaigns that strengthen portfolio positioning in priority markets
Global Event Strategy – Define and execute strategic participation in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and events to maximize brand visibility and provide measurable business outcomes
Market Insight Integration – Translate market research and competitive intelligence into differentiated campaign messaging and targeted content strategies
Digital Transformation – Lead the digitalization of marketing by implementing advanced automation platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud) and AI‑driven tools to enhance precision, personalization, and ROI
Performance Management – Develop KPIs, success metrics, and agile dashboards for all marketing activities, enabling data‑driven decisions and continuous optimization
Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse global team of marketing specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation across regions
What You Bring
A university degree in Marketing, Communication, or another relevant field
5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, sales, or related fields
Experience leading global fairs, exhibitions, and large‑scale events with strong financial acumen in marketing budget and ROI management
Proven success in digital transformation, AI integration, and marketing automation
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills, with ability to work across diverse regions and cultures
Business proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to project priorities, effectively managing schedule and task prioritization
