Position Overview Regional Indirect Procurement Associate Director

– Responsible for strategic leadership of indirect procurement for Amplifon Americas (US, Canada, LATAM). Works within the Americas Leadership Team and reports to the Americas EVP and Global Sr. Director of Indirect Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to plan and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supply assurance, aligned with the global strategy.

Engage internal customers to build influence and ensure satisfaction, resolve issues with suppliers, monitor key KPIs, and drive continuous improvements across quality, reporting, cost reduction, and processes.

Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and Operations to drive integration efforts, maintain supply continuity, manage organizational change, and deliver synergy targets with minimal business impact.

Lead and develop the regional procurement team to deliver reliable, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, procurement, supply chain or business‑related field required.

Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in indirect procurement with category management experience.

Experience negotiating and finalizing business terms and conditions for supplier contracts.

Demonstrated user experience in an ERP systems environment.

Preferred Experience and Skills

Ability to analyze, prioritize and lead numerous procurement initiatives and contract negotiations simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills that allow working relationships with a wide range of vendors and colleagues. Experience in a global or highly matrixed organization.

Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually, with additional incentive compensation tied to company performance.

Hybrid Work Team members are required to work from the office three days per week.
