Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Commercial Real Estate Broker based in Newport Beach, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves identifying and securing commercial real estate opportunities, managing lease negotiations, representing tenants, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include building client relationships, analyzing market trends, preparing property recommendations, and facilitating successful transactions for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing deals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Brokerage strategies
Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate, including acquisition, leasing, and disposition processes
Experience in Tenant Representation and guiding clients through lease agreements
Proven Sales experience and ability to drive business growth
Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in using real estate technologies and analytics tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
