Position Type: Full-time, 4/1 Hybrid: In-office Monday–Thursday; Remote Friday.
Job Description We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented, and experienced Interior Designer to contribute to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in interior design, a strong passion for architecture and interiors, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires technical expertise in design software such as Revit and SketchUp, along with excellent project management skills in communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects and clients to develop interior design concepts that align with project goals and client vision.
Develop interior layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and color schemes.
Produce detailed design documentation, including client presentations, 3D models, comprehensive drawing sets, and specification sheets.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Ensure that designs meet building codes, standards, and regulations.
Assist with project management tasks and adhere to project timelines.
Stay current with design trends, technology, and industry developments.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5+ years of prior interior design experience, preferably in an architecture or interior design firm.
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite is required.
Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.
A passion for interior design and architecture with a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred, but not required.
