As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with customers in a fast paced office environment, assisting clients with their financial needs while delivering a positive, professional experience. The ideal candidate thrives on multitasking, communicates effectively, and brings strong interpersonal skills to every interaction.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative (In person)
Location: Garner, NC
Pay Range: $15.00/hour
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner
Assist customers with account information, billing questions, and payment processing
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality
What's Needed?
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
2+ years of proven experience delivering excellent in‑person customer service
