Global Real Estate Analyst

Financial Analysis & Modeling

Build and maintain financial models for leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects.

Perform scenario analyses, NPV/IRR evaluations, and total occupancy cost assessments.

Prepare business cases and presentations for real estate investments and portfolio changes.

Portfolio & Transaction Support

Support transaction teams with due diligence, demographic research, and operational data analysis.

Maintain accurate records of key lease terms, critical dates, and occupancy metrics.

Partner with brokers, landlords, and internal stakeholders to support negotiations and renewals.

Market Research & Data Insights

Conduct market research on rental rates, vacancy trends, construction pipelines, and macroeconomic indicators.

Analyze portfolio performance to identify risks, opportunities, and cost‑reduction strategies.

Prepare benchmarking reports and KPIs for leadership review.

Workplace & Space Planning Analytics

Support occupancy planning by evaluating space utilization and forecasting demand.

Analyze headcount projections, seat ratios, and workplace standards to inform space strategies.

Assist in developing portfolio plans that align with business growth and hybrid‑work strategies.

Reporting & Communication

Develop dashboards, reporting packages, and executive‑level presentations.

Communicate insights clearly to cross‑functional groups including Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations.

Provide ongoing recommendations for improving portfolio efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, commercial brokerage, consulting, or related fields.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel/Sheets proficiency required).

Experience with real estate databases and tools (e.g., Market analytics, lease administration platforms).

Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Significant experience managing diverse real estate portfolios.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of lease accounting concepts (ASC 842), portfolio optimization, or workplace strategy.
