I’ll give you the truth out of the gate: this is a 1099 role. There is no base salary to hide behind, no cozy corporate car allowance, and nobody is going to micro-manage your daily call metrics. You eat what you kill.
We are looking for a straight-shooting, zero-nonsense closer to drive a premium, high-ticket RF microneedling device into top-tier med spas and dermatology clinics.
Right now, clinic owners are bleeding cash on entry-level RF devices and risking patient trust by treating complex profiles they shouldn't touch. The "One Thing" our flagship technology solves is treating those exact, difficult vascular issues and melasma safely using a unique dual-wave mechanism.
You aren't walking into a clinic to give a science lesson. You are going in to talk margins. You will show forward-thinking owners how to position this device in a tiered offer structure—anchoring high-ticket, comprehensive treatments that fundamentally shift their patient LTV over a 12-24 month window, without spiking their CPA for a closed deal.
If you are an order-taker, if you need a corporate script to function, or if you fold the second a doctor asks you about ROI, do not reach out. I am not looking to hold your hand or fill your pipeline for you.
The Upside: The ceiling here does not exist. If you have the drive, the strategic chops to map the terrain, and the ability to close high-ticket capital equipment, your earning potential is completely uncapped. You can write your own paycheck.
