About the Role We are looking for a Director of Product, Cloud to define and lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a new, purpose‑built ad‑tech platform. The role focuses on building a cloud infrastructure‑centered product line that supports privacy‑first advertising, AI‑based optimization, and next‑generation transaction models. This position begins as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the product line scales.

What We’re Looking For Product Development Mentality : Passion for shipping software that makes a big impact. You enjoy customer research, writing acceptance criteria, triaging bugs, and other core product development activities.

Cloud Infrastructure Experience : Hands‑on product experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Akamai/Linode, or similar) and a strong understanding of containerization, Kubernetes, edge computing, and distributed systems. Ad‑tech experience is a plus.

Proactivity : You identify what needs to happen, rally engineers, support delivery, and drive market adoption.

Technical Depth : Deep engagement on architecture decisions, comfort with technical documentation, and experience designing at Internet scale.

Adaptability : You work directly with senior leadership, including the CEO, and can advocate for your perspective while adjusting to business priorities.

Customer Orientation : You understand the technical needs of partners building on our containerized platform—DSPs, data vendors, curation platforms, and other buy‑side participants.

Collaborate across functions—Engineering, TechOps, Product Marketing, and Commercial—to ensure successful product delivery and go‑to‑market.

Align product direction with company strategy by working closely with senior leadership and adapting as priorities evolve.

Define success metrics, instrumentation, and feedback loops to measure performance and drive rapid iteration.

Here’s What You Need 8+ years of product management experience, with significant time on cloud infrastructure, platform, or developer‑facing products.

Track record of taking a product from early stage to scale.

Experience in a high‑autonomy environment, such as a startup, growth‑stage company, or a large organization with significant independence and end‑to‑end ownership.

Preferably based in or willing to relocate to Toronto or New York; flexible for occasional travel.
